1887 Railroad Commissioner's Report
Dunkirk, Allegheny Valley & Pittsburgh Railroad

The following is a facsimile extract from the 1887 New York State Railroad Commissioner's Report on the Dunkirk, Allegany Valley and Pittsburgh Railroad.  Within the constraints imposed by HTML tables, it closely resembles the original.

DUNKIRK, ALLEGHENY VALLEY AND PITTSBURGH.

(Date of charter, December 31, 1872)

For history of organization, see Report of 1885.
This road is in fact leased to and receives a rental from the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad Company. (See report of that company.) Its operations are, however, kept entirely separate from those of the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad Company, and the following is a report in detail of the operations of the road.
