The following charts shows the schedule of trains for the "Great Broad Gauge Route" from New York to Cleveland. The trains were run by the Erie Railway from New York City to Salamanca, and the Atlantic & Great Western Railway onward to Cleveland. The maps are not from an 1865 timetable, but they illustrate the routes taken very well.
Also available is a large (1224 x 1657, 561KB) image of the original timetable which has more detail and shows the timetable as it was published.
The map above and timetable below show the route of the New York Through Line between New York City and Cleveland, Ohio. By examining the schedule, it appears that the railroads ran one set of sleeping cars between New York and Salamanca and another set between Cleveland and Hornellsville. The first set left New York on the "Night Express" at 6:00 P.M. and arrived in Salamanca at 10:45 A.M. They returned to New York on the eastbound "Day Express" leaving Salamanca at 5:18 P.M. and arriving in New York at 10:38 A.M. the following morning.
The Cleveland-Hornellsville set left Cleveland on the eastbound "Night Express" at 9:10 P.M. and arrived in Hornellsville at 8:40 the next morning. The cars left Hornellsville at 7:03 P.M. that evening and returned to Cleveland at 5:00 the following morning.

The main line of the Atlantic & Great Western Railway ran from Salamanca through to Galion, Ohio, where there was a connection with the Ft. Wayne & Chicago Railroad.
