ELMIRA N.Y., April 24. - A mortgage for $15,000,000 on property of the Buffalo & Susquehanna Railroad Company has been filed in the Register and Recorder's office at Wellsborough, Penn. The Metropolitan Trust Company of New York is the mortgagee.
