"The meeting of the stockholders of the Atlantic and Great Western Railroad Company, information in regard to the objects of which was exclusively published in THE TIME of yesterday, was held at the offices of the company, No, 76 Wall-street, yesterday afternoon. The agreement to lease the Pennsylvania Petroleum Railway, the Pithole Valley Railroad, and the Shenango and Allegheny Railroad, recently made by the respective boards of directors, was ratified. No further business was transacted"
