CLEVELAND, Wednesday, Nov, 18."Gov. YATES, of Illinois; Maj-Gen. ROSECRANS, and Sentator Sherman, of Ohio, with all the prominent railroad men of the country, are here attending the opening of the Atlantic and Great Western Railroad. The hotels are all crowded with people."
