"Judge HITCHCOCK, who has been appointed a receiver of the Atlantic and Great Western Railroad, by the County Court of Common Pleas in Summit County, Ohio, is a resident of Pamsville, Ohio. He succeeded to the Common Pleas Bench of his subdivision after the election of Hon. B. F. WADE to the United States Senate, now nearly twenty years ago."
