The Rochester & State Line Railroad is becoming a very popular route for people going east from this section. The trains on the Atlantic make very close connections at Salamanca, and at Rochester the trains on the New York Central make good connections with those of the State Line.
Notes:
(1) "The Atlantic" is the Atlantic
and Great Western, later to become part of the
Erie Railroad.
(2) The Rochester & State Line Railroad became the
Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburg Railroad.
