The three photos above from the Syracuse University Library collection show the freight house as it existed in 1909-1910.
This photo, also from the Syracuse University Library collection, shows the Dayton passenger depot.

This undated photo shows the Dayton depot. Notice that the end door is wider than in the previous photo. This was perhaps done to make it easier to bring freight into and out of the building.
The train station at Dayton lasted longer than many in the area, until sometime in the early 1990s. As you can see from the photographs below, it was in sad shape near the end. These photos were taken by the author around 1991, not long before the station was torn down. Notice how much smaller it is than when the postcard photograph was taken.
