RH Tower
RH Tower was an interlocking tower less than a mile west of Steamburg on the Erie Railroad line between Salamanca and Jamestown. The 11 mile long section between RH Tower and Waterboro was the only section of the Erie mainline that was not double tracked.
As these pictures show RH was not a typical interlocking tower. It was a small shed along the tracks controlling the switches in the area.
